It is very unfortunate, that DCP Abba Kyari and co are killing cults members and forcing them to answer ESN and unknown gunmen, the man they are parading as ESN is a cult member and can never be ESN, two months ago the two groups of cultists fought and killed each other and burnt two members to ashes but unfortunately, one of them was caught at Owerri by Abba Kyari and group and they tagged him ESN and unknown gunmen, what is wrong with Nigeria police and army in this country? Because of this young man they were forced by police to answer ESN and unknown gunmen to deceive the gullible Nigerians who are not connected to information and attracted praises from the public.


These terrorists in military and police uniforms are raiding communities and set people's houses ablaze claiming they are attacking ESN camps and hideouts, These two face security operatives in Nigeria are perpetrating evil and attacking individual houses in the name of fighting IPOB, ESN and unknown gunmen in Mbieri Mbaitoli LGA Imo State. Nigerian security agencies led by DCP Abba Kyari have invaded three communities in Mbaitoli LGA in Imo State and burnt their properties worth millions of naira. We’re calling on Human Rights organizations across the globe and other relevant stakeholders in the world to take a record of what the Nigeria army and police are doing in so many peaceful communities in Imo State because nobody should blame us by the time we start getting them down which is not far from now. We have severally said that ESN stays in the forests where they are keeping their appointments with terrorists and killer herdsmen, Anyone looking for them should simply go to the forests and encounter them. 


Nigeria security agents should go to the bushes and face ESN they don't operate on the streets of cities, they must understand that we defeated Miyetti Allah and its terrorists' herdsmen in our territory and now they disguised as Nigeria army and police in uniforms attacking our people and we will defeat them the way we defeated Miyetti Allah in no distant future. How will the Nigerian security agents who cannot withstand bandits in the North be zealous in killing innocent Biafrans of Igbo extraction in the south? These atrocities have been going on for too long but we won't tolerate it anymore.

populate Ndigbo before the coming of Biafra. Despite the daily slaughter of security agents mainly of Southern origin in the North by bandits and terrorists, the Nigerian military or police have never embarked on mass arrest and secret killing of youths and residents of the crime scene. 


Unfortunately, the treacherous political class has kept mute over this atrocity. But IPOB cannot keep quiet. The intention of the masterminds of this crime against humanity is to weaken the South East and pave the way for its long-planned invasion by jihadists. But they will not succeed, We promise them hell for this cowardly act of victimising innocent Igbo youths for the activities of unknown gunmen. How many times have youths in Zamfara or Katsina or Kaduna been arrested and killed for the activities of bandits? Why is the Fulani controlled federal government treating the Igbo as slaves and the whole world is watching helplessly?

 Breaking: Nigerian Army General Dies in Plane Crash

Nigeria's top soldier, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Attahiru, died during an official trip to the country's Kaduna State when his plane crashed on Friday, Air Force spokesman Edward Gabkwet said.

The spokesman acknowledged that one of its planes was involved in a crash near Kaduna International Airport, some 180 kilometers (112 miles) north of the capital, Abuja.

Ten other military officers were killed when the plane crashed in bad weather.

Senior officials pay tribute

Attahiru was laid to rest in the capital Abuja on Saturday. The army posted videos on social networks of the service attended by political and military leaders at the national mosque.

"It's a sad development, but of course the values that he stood for [are] values that we cherish as members of the armed forces," Nigeria's Chief of Defense Staff General Lucky Irabor told DW.

Ibrahim Gambari, chief of state to President Muhammadu Buhari told DW that he was deeply shocked and saddened at the fatal crash: "Their deaths will not be in vain because what they stood for — the end of all these security challenges — will be the best way of honoring [them]."

A recent appointment

Attahiru took over as army chief in a major military reshuffle in January. Nigeria has been facing insurgencies from Boko Haram and Islamist State-affiliated militants, as well as separatist Indigenous People of Biafra group (IPOB). Additionally, security forces are struggling to respond to  kidnappings and other security threats by well-organized groups of bandits. Buhari appointed Attahiru and three other top military leaders in an attempt to curb the violence.

Buhari called the crash a "mortal blow ... at a time our armed forces are poised to end the security challenges facing the country."

 Gunmen attacks Rivers checkpoint leaves 5 officers dead, vehicles burnt, rifles missing

The Rivers State Command of the Nigeria Police has released a detailed account of the Friday night attacks by gunmen on some police checkpoints and stations in some parts of the state.

A press statement by the spokesman of the command, Nnamdi Omoni said there were three of such mindless attacks at three different points namely; special checkpoint at Choba bridge Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Rumuji Police station in Emohua Local Government and Elimgbu Police station in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.

In the surprising attack at Choba, two Policemen on duty were killed and a private car belonging to one of the policemen set ablaze.

According to Omoni, a stiff resistance by the Police prevented the hoodlums from gaining access into the police station and in the course of the exchange of fire, two of the attackers were fatally wounded on the spot.

“In the third attack at Elimgbu Police Station, they were equally resisted by the Police, though three officers were killed in that attack, the serious fire engagement made them abandon their bullet-riddled Hilux van, while they escaped with various degrees of gunshot wounds with a snatched Sienna bus.

“The continued engagement by the Police, also forced them to abandon the Sienna car they were using to escape at the Refinery junction, while they escaped with bullet wounds.

In the meantime, the corpses of the fallen heroes have been evacuated and deposited in the mortuary, while the Commissioner of Police, CP. Eboka Friday, who led members of his management team and tactical commanders to the respective scenes this morning for an on-the-spot assessment, has launched a serious manhunt for the preparators to apprehend the culprits and bring them to justice,” the command added.

The PPRO augmented that calm has returned to the command and that the Commissioner of Police has entered a security meeting with his team, as security has been further strengthened in all the police formations in the state, including other critical public and private infrastructure.

The statement went on; “It is pertinent to note, that in all three attacks carried out last night, no Police Station/formation was burnt. Regrettably, a total of five assault rifles were lost in the incident.

The public is hereby enjoined to increase their security consciousness and report any person or persons with gun wounds to the nearest Police Station.”

Nigeria: How 931 Former Boko Haram Fighters was Integrated into the Nigeria Military

The Multi-National Joint Task Force – the regional military arm of Nigeria, Chad, Niger and Cameroon fighting the Boko Haram insurgents – has said more repentant terrorists are expected to “surrender in the coming weeks.”

The MNJTF Chief of Public Information, Col Timothy Antigha, stated this in an exclusive chat, noting that the escape of the repentant terrorists could attract instant execution from the insurgents’ commanders.


Our correspondent gathered from military records that no fewer than 931 former Boko Haram fighters had been pardoned and taken through the Nigerian military’s Operation Safe Corridor between October 2019 and July 2020.

Antigha noted that in the latest release recorded by the MNJTF in Mora, Cameroon, which was 47 repentant terrorists, those members who are Nigerians would be sent to Operation Safe Corridor in Gombe.

The MNJTF spokesman said, “Forty-seven successfully evaded obstacles and escaped from their camps to surrender. There is a regime of falsehood and intimidation in the Boko Haram and Islamic State West African Province enclaves. Firstly, terrorists are made to believe that they would be killed if they come out to surrender.

“Secondly, escape is risky and could attract instant execution. So, it takes a lot of planning and guts to come out and surrender. Consequently, the flow is slow, but we are convinced that our message regarding the safety of surrendered terrorists is loud and clear. Therefore, more surrenders will happen in weeks ahead.

“Surrendered terrorists are usually interviewed to get a grip on their level of investment and thereafter profiling. On completion of these processes, they have been released to the relevant authorities for further action. Only Nigerians will be sent to Operation Safe Corridor. Other countries have their own structures and procedures.”

From military records, on October 10, 2019, the Defence Headquarters, Abuja, confirmed 281 former Boko Haram fighters in Gombe State undergoing the “structured deradicalization process.”

Of the 281 fighters, 254 members including two Chadians were returned to their states for reintegration after completing the program.

On May 15, 2020, the DHQ confirmed that 603 former Boko Haram fighters would be released by June after undergoing the program.

Then, 47 also surrendered to the MNJTF troops in the second week of July in Cameroon.

The total number of the surrendered insurgents between October 2019 and July 2020 gives 931 repentant fighters.

In another development, the Minister of Defence, Maj Gen Bashir Magashi (retd.), has said the Federal Government has inducted several military campaigns in the Niger Delta region targeted at curbing oil thefts in the area.

The defence minister listed crimes in the region to include illegal refineries, pipeline vandalism, degradation and desecration of the lands by hoodlums.

The United States Government has indicted the Nigerian Army and the Department of State Services (DSS) over the 2019 general elections.





The US government in a report released on Wednesday by the Department of State, also said it has evidence that the Army and the DSS intimidated voters, officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission and even election observers during the general elections, concluding that this fueled the impression that the Army worked for the success of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at the polls.

The report, the 2019 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices in Nigeria, also noted that the Nigerian judiciary was still susceptible to intimidation by the executive and the legislative arms of government, contending that there was corruption in the judiciary, which made it not to be able to function independently.

“During the year (2019) INEC conducted the presidential election, National Assembly elections, state House Assembly elections, and local elections in all 36 states plus the FCT, as well as governorship elections in 30 states.

“There was evidence military and security services intimidated voters, electoral officials, and election observers. Also, violence in several states contributed to lower voter participation and added to the sentiment the army is a tool of the ruling party in many parts of the country, particularly in the South.

“For example, widespread violence and military involvement in electoral processes, including during the vote collation process, significantly scarred the governorship election in Rivers State. Additionally, several of INEC’s resident electoral commissioners reported DSS operatives intimidated them when the RECs attempted to protect voting materials. Some RECs reported security service personnel visited them multiple times before the elections.

“There were reports that corruption, including vote-buying, were historically high during the 2018-19 electoral season. Examples of vote-buying were apparent in the re-run of the Osun (State) gubernatorial election in September 2018, and during the Kano (State) gubernatorial election on March 9 (2019)”, the report stated.

On the judiciary, the US contended that it has been unable to function optimally due to executive and legislative intimidation as well as corruption, adding that court officials were also poorly paid thereby making them susceptible to manipulation.

The US said: “Although the constitution and law provide for an independent judiciary, the judicial branch remained susceptible to pressure from the executive and legislative branches. Political leaders influenced the judiciary, particularly at the state and local levels.

“Understaffing, underfunding, inefficiency, and corruption prevented the judiciary from functioning adequately. There are no continuing education requirements for attorneys, and police officers were often assigned to serve as prosecutors. Judges frequently failed to appear for trials. In addition, the salaries of court officials were low, and they often lacked proper equipment and training.

“There was a widespread public perception that judges were easily bribed and litigants could not rely on the courts to render impartial judgments.
“The constitution and law provide for an independent judiciary in civil matters, but the executive and legislative branches, as well as business interests, exerted influence and pressure in civil cases. Official corruption and lack of will to implement court decisions also interfered with due process.”

Highlighting the high rate of human rights abuse perpetrated by security agents against journalists, rights groups and the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, the US Government said that President Muhammadu Buhari’s government had not taken action against any of the military officials that killed over 300 Shiites in 2015.

The US explained the aspect of the panel of enquiry set up by Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State that indicted military officers in the killing of Shi’ites in the state had not been implemented though the recommendation for IMN’s proscription had been implemented.

“As of September (2019), there were no reports of the Federal Government further investigating or holding individuals accountable for the 2015 killing and subsequent mass burial of members of a Shia political organization, the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, and other civilians by Nigerian Army forces in Zaria, Kaduna State.

“A 2016 report by the government of Kaduna State included acceptance of the commission’s recommendation to investigate and prosecute allegations of excessive and disproportionate use of force by the Nigerian Army. As of September, there was no indication that authorities had held any members of the NA accountable for the events in Zaria”, the report further stated.

On the state of the prisons in Nigeria, the US Government noted that conditions in prison and detention centers remained harsh and life-threatening.

“Prisoners and detainees reportedly were subjected to gross overcrowding, inadequate medical care, food and water shortages, and other abuses; some of these conditions resulted in deaths”, the report stated.

Breaking!! ICC to probe the Nigerian Army over alleged war crimes




The International Criminal Court (ICC) says Nigerian security forces (NSF) have committed war crimes against humanity. In a report sent to TheCable, the ICC said it has received “a total of 169 communications” from Nigeria and its assessment has shown that security forces in Nigeria have committed war crimes varying from murder, torture, and intentionally attacking the civilian population.

“Specifically, the Office found a reasonable basis to believe that the NSF committed the war crimes of murder pursuant to article 8(2)(c)(i); torture, cruel treatment pursuant to article 8(2)(c)(i); outrages upon personal dignity pursuant to article 8(2)(c)(ii); and intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population,” the ICC said. Fatou Bensouda, the ICC prosecutor, in her annual report on preliminary examination activities (2018), also said the ICC found reasonable basis to believe that Boko Haram also committed war crimes against humanity.

“Furthermore, the Office found a reasonable basis to believe that Boko Haram committed the war crimes of murder pursuant to article 8(2)(c)(i); cruel treatment pursuant to article 8(2)(c)(i) and outrages upon personal dignity pursuant to article 8(2)(c)(ii)”.

The ICC added that Boko Haram was “intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population or against individual civilians pursuant to article 8(2)(e)(i); intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to education and to places of worship and similar institutions pursuant to article 8(2)(e)(iv); pillaging a town or place pursuant to article 8(2)(e)(v); rape, sexual slavery and sexual violence pursuant to article 8(2)(e)(vi)”.

The office of the prosecutor added that the ICC met with Abubakar Malami, Nigeria’s minister of justice and attorney general of the federation (AGF), to further investigate eight potential cases of war crimes against humanity. ICC says several “files pertaining to alleged violations by members of the army were submitted to the Office (of the prosecutor).

These files relate to a limited extent to the two potential cases identified by the Office”. “Of the 27 files provided to the Office, 24 either lacked information to determine their relevance for the admissibility assessment or did not appear relevant. The ICC complained that “other information specifically requested by the Office which was assessed to be potentially relevant to the admissibility assessment has yet to be provided by the Nigerian authorities”.

The criminal court added since 2017, the Nigerian authorities appear to have “taken concrete steps toward fulfilling their primary responsibility to investigate and prosecute ICC crimes”. “While there seems to be a tangible prospect of further proceedings against members of Boko Haram, including high-level commanders, at this stage the same cannot be said of the NSF, in particular since the Nigerian authorities tend to deny any allegation against the latter.

“While acknowledging the cooperation of the Nigerian authorities in the course of the preliminary examination, the Office will require, for the purpose of expediting its complementarity assessment, further information and evidence demonstrating that relevant national proceedings are being or intended to be conducted without delay”.

ISIS claims responsibility for Borno attack that left 11 soldiers dead

The world’s deadliest terror group, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, has claimed responsibility for the attack on soldiers in Borno State last week which took the lives of 11 soldiers, Reuters reports.

ISIS said its men were responsible for the Friday attack of Gajiganna town through its news agency AMAQ.

The terrorist network on Saturday published pictures of burnt barracks and dead bodies it claimed belonged to the soldiers.

Three sources, including one hospital source, confirmed the attack to the Reuters news agency. The sources said the fighters stormed the town on a motorbike at roughly 6.30pm and opened fire on residents and the military in sporadic shootings.

The fighters fled after the military called in air force support and reinforcements from a battalion in a neighboring town.

Islamic State West Africa Province, an affiliate of ISIS, has carried out a string of attacks in Nigeria in recent months.

The group split in 2016 from Boko Haram, which has waged a decade-long insurgency in North-East Nigeria that has killed some 30,000 people and displaced over two million people.

The Federal Government had declared in December 2015 that it had technically defeated Boko Haram.

While attacks in most parts of the country have ceased, bombings have continued to take place in the North-East particularly Borno State.

A top military officer blamed the recent surge in attacks to the lack of cooperation as well as high wired politics taking place among the top military brass.

The source said, “The attack is true. We lost a lot of men but unfortunately, many things are being hidden from the press. Normally, in military operations, when there is a joint mission, the Chief of Defence Staff is supposed to be in charge.

“Unfortunately, that is not the case. The Chief of Army Staff is the one calling all the shots at the moment. And there is a lack of synergy among the services.”

When contacted on the telephone, the Director of Defence Information, Col. Onyeama Nwachukwu, declined comment, said the military had recorded several successes.

He said troops of 121 and 192 Battalions of Operation Lafiya in collaboration with Civilian JTF and local vigilantes, have cleared Surdewalla, Ranwa, Baladayo, Sabon Gari and Shetimeri villages in Borno State, in a simultaneous operation code-named, ‘Operation Hardstrike.’

The troops reportedly killed three terrorists at Ranwa 11, while many were wounded and others escaped.

He said troops of 192 Battalion advanced along with Sabon Gari and Shetimeri villages where they cleared a scout of Boko Haram terrorists. A makeshift shelter for suspected insurgents was also destroyed.

Nwachukwu added that two soldiers were injured during an encounter with insurgents at Gajigana town by troops of 212 Tank Battalion.

He said, “Additionally, 177 Task Force Battalion in collaboration with the Civilian JTF cleared Mboa, Mboa-Kura, Yarchida, Bombula, Tshata andBamzir villages. At Furfur village, troops exchanged fire with BHTs which led to the death of one terrorist and recovery of one AK47 rifle, three magazines, 50 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition and one magazine bandolier.”

IPOB issues warning to Obiano, Ikpeazu, amid partnership with Fulani soldiers to carry out massive abduction of Biafrans







It has come to the knowledge of the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) how Nigerian Police officers  posted in Biafraland, particularly those Fulani Police officers deployed in Anambra and Abia, are used to parade innocent citizens as IPOB members in Awka with allegations of carrying guns and AK47 rifle in Orumba, Anambra State.  It is clear that the whole allegation was purely designed and handed over to Fulani Police officers by Governors of Anambra and Abia States, Chief Willie Obiano and  Okezie Ikpeazu.

It is important we notify the whole world that the government of Fulani people in Nigeria, Igbo governors, Police and Army are at it again, they have intensified another round of manhunt and arrest of individuals including innocent citizens they suspected to be sympathizer or IPOB member in Abia and Anambra States. Our people are in serious danger over the recent and latest version of manhunt and illegal arrest going on in Abia and Anambra States which was instructed by Okezie Ikpeazu and Willie Obiano.

Also we want to use this press statement to remind Nigerians and stakeholders in Abia and Anambra States to warn Okezie Ikpeazu and Willie Obiano to release those arrested in their respective states or wait to see IPOB's new strategy to restore Biafra sovereignty in a shortest possible time. Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, Willie Obiano and other south east governors must leave IPOB members alone before it is too late.

It is a pity and unbelievable that Anambra State police commands in Awka would be working with the already scripts handed over to them by Willie Obiano to intimidate and arrest innocent citizens who are living in Orumba North and South of Anambra State with the accusation of carrying guns and AK47 rifles. IPOB members don't go with guns or AK 47 rifle since inception and formation of this great and noble movement which is solely championing  Biafra freedom and sovereignty by our prophet and peaceful leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Nigerians must thank God, the father in Heaven who mandated our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be peaceful in all his approach to restore Biafra sovereignty.

The most painful and disturbing thing is how media houses in Biafraland and Nigerians at large refused to be bold enough to ask police,  Obiano and Okezie Ikpeazu questions about the offense and false allegations Police, DSS, Army always level against IPOB members in the country. We wonder and are still surprised at when IPOB started carrying guns and AK47 rifle in Biafraland or in the whole of Nigeria.

We are worried over the deployment and posting of Fulani Nigerian police and army officers in Biafraland, all the Commissioner of Police in Anambra and Abia States including other States in Biafraland are Fulani officers, both their spokespersons, Area Commanders and DPOs, all are Fulanis. Our people are seriously under cage while the so-called Governors who claim to be chief security officers of the state and Ohaneze Ndigbo are busy licking their Fulani slave masters in the North.

We hereby reiterate once again to all and sundry that IPOB members never attacked or burnt police station in Ajali of Orumba Anambra State and will never do so until Biafra freedom is restored, therefore, we call on friends and relatives to Obiano and Ikpeazu to advise them to release those arrested illegally in their respective states immediately particularly those in connection to this recent incident in Orumba, whom we are not unaware that they never in their lifetime think of attacking or burning any police station in Ajali Orumba LGA or anywhere across Biafraland.

AREWA ENSLAVED OHANEZE NDIGBO AND WHY THE
PROSCRIPTION MUST REMAIN

The present leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo socio-cultural group led by John (Judas) Nnia Nwodo, is grossly a commercialized and fraudulent institution, principally purposed to permanently enslave Igbo Biafrans under the fistic grip and sponsorship of the Hausa-Fulanis. There is absolutely no gainsaying the fact that both Nnia Nwodo and Ohaneze Ndigbo in it's entirety, should remain proscribed as the subversive activities of the organization right from inception centered on the atrocious, ill-conceived, self-serving antecedents of it's rank and file.

A popular saying in Igbo dialect states that "snake does not beget any other thing besides a long creature". To buttress the above adage, any organization treacherously created, will always produce/reap it's kind even in impunity. Since the formation of this socio-cultural group called Ohaneze Ndigbo, history has it that the organization has always been tied to the apron string of the Northern Arewa cabals against the collective aspirations of the Igbo nation. This clearly confirms the unquestionable loyalty of Ohaneze Ndigbo membership to the demands of the Arewa cabals, the attendant consequences nonetheless.

The ugly that led to the gruesome massacre of countless number of Biafrans by the Fulani Islamic Fundamentalists cum agents of terrorism, remain traumatically memorable. These "messengers of death" under the guise of Operation Python Dance II expedition, carried out excessive military incursion at Afara-ukwu Ibeku in Umuahia, Abia State and other parts Biafraland. The despicable exercise unleashed on Biafrans at the invaded residence of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, destroying valuables and killing unarmed, innocent Biafran civilians, speak volumes. The mayhem committed against the people confirms the devilish traits of the leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo who orchestrated the evil military expedition. Undoubtedly, many would want to argue against the glaring truth concerning the subversive involvement of these Ohaneze Ndigbo saboteurs. The murderous invasion of the residence of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the unfortunate/ grievous mowing down of harmless Biafrans on that "dark day" in the history of Biafra, can never ever be forgotten in a hurry.

Taking a critical look at events, it is crystally clear that what we presently have is a fully commercialized Ohaneze NdiArewa and not Ohaneze Ndigbo. There exists absolutely no justifiable evidence in these grossly and shamelessly compromised blacklegs of Igbo Biafra extraction, as the mouthpiece of the people which they deceitfully claim to represent. It is shamefully disgusting to state here that other indigenous/ethnic organizations like Afenifere (Oodua) and Arewa, can financially influence and lure Ohaneze Ndigbo against the overriding interest of the Igbos. For what benefit will any sane individual or group of persons be campaigning for the continued existence of such a jaundiced and criminally minded institution?

Ironically, the Arewa cabals to whom John (Judas) Nnia Nwodo-led Ohaneze Ndigbo has remained subservient, have never for once condemned the activities of their children who have persistently been carrying out spates of killing and destruction across Nigeria. Thousands of indigenous Christian populations are being massacred on successive basis with the Northern Arewa cabals/leaders surreptitiously shielding them against the law. In the contrary however, the Ohaneze Ndigbo in connivance with their Hausa-Fulani slavemasters have been aiding the Nigerian armed forces in the suppression, victimization and murdering of their supposed children who are legitimately and non-violently been exercising their fundamental human rights. Their stock in trade has remained subterfuge over the years against the interest of their own people. They have treasured in the gruesome massacre of members of IPOB, which is a globally acclaimed most peaceful and highly enlightened indigenous mass movement ever known in modern history while their leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his aged parents who were abducted on the 14th of September 2017 from their home by the Nigerian army, have been kept incommunicado till date in a secretive custody.

Suffice it to say that the above reasons are convincing enough for all to appreciate the courageous proscription slammed on Ohaneze Ndigbo and some Abuja/Lagos based Igbo political merchants cum traitors by the leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide. That action is highly commendable and cannot be compromised.

Family Writers Press can authoritatively report that the murderous Islamic Fulani Fundamentalist Nigerian army officer, has shot dead, a Biafran at Obigbo, Rivers State, Biafraland. According to our correspondent, the trigger-happy Nigerian soldier amongst the marauding lot who are needlessly occupying Biafraland in their yet to be announced evil military expedition tagged "Operation Python Dance III", summarily shot to death, this promising young fellow who wanted to intervene in the case of another who was undergoing severe torture in the hands of the soldiers.

The report has it that one of the desperate but trigger-ready soldiers, brazenly looking for innocent civilians to kill, firstly slapped the deceased for daring to question the rationale behind the excessive manhandling of his Biafran brother. Before he could make a response, the grossly uncultured, blood tasty Fulani Nigerian soldier, pulled the trigger and shot the victim dead instantly at a close range.

These persistent, senseless killings of unarmed innocent Biafran citizens are the reasons precipitating the widespread condemnation of the military occupation of Biafraland, a relatively peaceful region by the Fulani Islamic Fundamentalist Nigerian Government where there exists no report of civil unrest nor armed rebellion. As at the time of filing in this report, the senseless and unprovoked killing of this young man is gravely raising dust within Obigbo and it's environs.

It is important that human rights organisations globally, compel the Nigerian government to accord respect to known international laws protecting human rights by withdrawing without further delay, all these terroristic soldiers from the streets and motorways across Biafraland. There is virtually no insurrection anywhere that will warrant this spate of harassments, molestations and killings by this occupational military.

With smiles of
No mercy

The routine blood of prey
Our favourite prey
The quencher of
Our daily blood thirst

With joy and laughter
They clutched
Feet to feet
Arm to arm
As if in a war front
As if in hunt of animals

The flesh of
A plump body
The targeted victims
In the road, street
And palace
Pierced through
With a glazed dagger
And designers bullets
Proudly formed
A bloody pilgrim
Of sorrow

I saw it falling
The blood of the victims
It was as if
