Justice Binta Nyako proved the height of judicial scandal in Kanu's case
One great adage rightly goes thus: a farm with many weeds doesn't produce good crops or food.
It's very pertinent to note that on 19th February 2016, Justice John Tsoho over-ruled the masking of witnesses against Nnamdi Kanu. Then on March 7th 2016 , Justice John Tsoho ruled against his pronouncements on February 19th, when he refused the masking of witness and barring members of the public from witnessing the trial, as he was trying to satisfy his master Buhari and the hundred million Naira bribe he collected to jail Nnamdi Kanu, which eventually led to his immediate sanctions and resignation for It's a disgrace and against the rule of law.
In same vein, Justice Binta Nyako has decided to trade on same footsteps. Remember on 1st March 2017, Justice Binta Nyako quashed six counts charges levelled against Nnamdi Kanu, of which IPOB as a terrorism group was one of them. The quashing of the terrorism charge consequentially cancels the secret trial. On 20th March 2017, Justice Nyako turned back and ruled against her earlier pronouncement against terrorism, thereby upholding secret trial, this time around under sharia law.
And I asked, is sharia law super heading a federally constituted state? Is sharia law not meant for Muslims? What has it got to do with Christian issues? Or is it anything Binta and his Buhari not telling Nigerians? How can you accuse someone in public and try him in secret? It's obvious that Buhari and Binta want to synchronise Islamization agenda with the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
It's very disheartening that Nigerian judicial system has proven to be a joke and a mockery of this noble profession called LAW via the wolves among the sheep's, due to greed, lack of discipline and scrutiny
Indeed, this is an awful show of shames and ignominy as the Nigerian judiciary, and the executive arms of government have proven themselves to be grossly unlettered in both knowledge of the law and its application.
Many travesties of Justice played out by these corrupt judges (wolves in the midst of sheep) like Justice John Tsoho, Justice Binta Nyako and Co; has brought a heavy dilemma in the Nigerian judiciary and great anarchy in the Nigerian state at large. Having proven that Nigeria is a joke, lawless, a zoo and governed by incompetent and unlettered people.
It's clear that the Nigerian government has no case with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Biafra at large. And I thank God that the whole world is watching. The actions of these two judges ( Justice John Tsoho and Justice Binta Nyako) have qualified the affirmation adage. It is obvious to Mr Buhari now that no amount of corrupt judges bribed & infiltrated into the judiciary for his selfish purposes will bring peace and progress to Nigeria, rather shame and disgrace for truth has no substitutes.
Sack of Justice Binta Nyako and her cohorts an immediate actions to restitute the face of the Nigerian judiciary from a dilemma.
