Another Day For Debate On The Bail Application For Unlawfully Detained Biafra Activists.

Spotlight: Aloy Ejimakor, The IPOB Plaintiff Against Nigeria At The AU Appears In Abuja Court.

On the ongoing occasion of the legal hearing of bail application for the four IPOB activists being unlawfully detained in Kuje prison for demanding for Biafra freedom, the IPOB counsel on enquiry has unveiled that the defendants in persons of Mazi Benjamin Madubugwu, Mazi David Nwawuisi, Mazi Chidiebere Onwudiwe and Mazi Bright Chimezie, may not necessarily appear in court for hearing of the Bail application as their defense counsel shall make up for the proceedings.

All journalists in attendance are sitted in obvious diatribe in lieu of the many disappointments that the Nigerian merchant of Judgement, no other but Justice Binta Nyako the presiding chief judge at the federal high court in Abuja.

Barr. Aloy Ejimakor, the IPOB Lawyer that sued Nigeria at the AU court is not also left out among the participants at the Abuja high court premises of the legal proceedings of Bail hearing between Nigeria and the the four aforementioned IPOB activists. Details from the legal team and defense counsel to the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), has it that Barr. Aloy Ejimakor shall hence act as the supervising counsel to the IPOB defense team. We hope this shall also act to expedite our chances of getting a fortiori over our enemies even quicker and faster than we have always been, as two or more good heads remain better than one!

Our prayers are that justice be given an opportunity for once I'm the unduly protracted court case between Biafra and Nigeria.

Stay tuned as we shall unleash more updates as soon as proceedings get kick-started!
