Biafra: Tomorrow 17th October 2017 Is Kanu’s Case, A Question That Must Be Answered

The case between the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be coming up tomorrow the 17th day of October 2017.

The question being asked by everyone is: “will Nigerian Army bring him to court?”. It is a question pondering in almost every mind so far as Nigeria is concerned. It is a billion dollar question.

Every mind is now so agitated to see what will happen tomorrow, too many people, this night is gonna be a long night. It will be a night of “ura aga n’anya” meaning “sleepless night”.

Recall that after the invasion of Kanu's house by Nigerian soldiers, no one has seen Kanu. Undoubtedly he was kidnapped by the same military forces that invaded his house on 14th September 2017.

We should also recall that this is a man that has been set free by different competent courts.

On the 16th of Dec, 2015 The Magistrate of the Chief Magistrate Court, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, Shuaibu Usman, discharged on all counts of criminal conspiracy and ownership of an unlawful society brought against him by the federal government.

Also, a day after Shuaibu Usman, justice Ademola on the 17th of Dec, 2015 released Kanu unconditionally. Ruling on his bail application, Justice Adeniyi Ademola, said Mr Kanu, who is the director of the pirate station, Radio Biafra, should be released unconditionally while the case against him continues.

On 25th April 2017, Justice Binta Nyako granted Kanu bail on stringent conditions which were later fulfilled by IPOB.

Kanu was abducted by Nigerian government on 14th October 2015 in his hotel room in Lagos en route to Biafra land and has been in detention until 25th of April, 2017, barely two years.

I followed the event chronologically to remind humanity the atrocities committed against IPOB by the Nigerian government.

The same government did not have a little patience to wait for tomorrow's court hearing, they declared war on IPOB. They started ‘Operation Python Dance II’ to eliminate Biafra and Biafrans. They killed unarmed youths and relatives of Kanu until now Kanu is nowhere to be found.

The International community should beam her searchlight to Nigeria, tomorrow is pregnant.

I want to join other agitated minds to ask: “will Nigerian army bring Kanu to court tomorrow?” and if they don't “what will be the faith of already tensed country?” ...tomorrow is pregnant.
