DW popular German media house was not left out in the Biafra issue as DW's correspondent  S. Adrian visited Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB at his residence in Umuahia, Abia State.

Kanu's led IPOB has long been making progress in its struggle for freedom in a grand style since his arrest in October 2015, hence has managed to gain international attention with mainstream media constantly talking about the Biafra struggle and Kanu's illegal arrest that gave life to the struggle.

Ever since his controversial release on stringent bail conditions, Kanu has been receiving numerous visitors and journalists from around the world, the latest is a Turkish diplomat Abdulkareem Ekhraharem who paid a solid visit to the unapologetic and charismatic leader in his hometown last week allegedly pledged support for the freedom of Biafra.

Kanu is a recent interview made it clear that there is no going back in the struggle it is either Biafra or nothing.
