The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was on Thursday, November 17, 2016. Arraigned in court, at the Abuja Federal High Court, for a bail hearing.
The embattled leader alongside others who was with him appeared the court premises looking smart and bright, all in white and a Biafra "wristband", He raised his hands to greet the crowd of Biafrans who came to show support,
The debate for bail continued in a heated manner after two presiding judges allegedly dropped the case on accusation of bias and corruption,
Justice Binta Nyako is the latest judge to take up the case, and she seems straight forward and unbias, and Biafrans are hoping to secure a bail for Nnamdi Kanu who has been in detention since his arrest last year October 14, 2015.
Kanu's attorney spoke to the press after the bail hearing on November 17, 2016. and urged Biafrans to remain calm and victory is on the way.
