The bloodthirsty governor was on a visit to the United kingdom in a planned APGA party summit in London, a group of hardcore IPOB members stormed the venue looking for Obiano as the police immediately stopped them, the angry Biafrans refused to leave and instead demanding to see Obiano and teach him a lesson.
