The Fulani people have been roaming round Africa since 6000 years BC with their cattle goat and sheap In search of better grazing pasture for their animals. Africa was vastly in small communities that understood much inter relationship between the cattlemen and farmers for the most part where cattlemen provided sources of meat to the farmers and the communities, the farmers provided the cattlemen their farms for the animals to graze and clean up the farms for the next planting periods. The problem began when the colonial masters petitioned Africa into countries for their own benefit and left us With hunger of me me and me. The federal government of Nigeria must must create strips of lands of about 1 to 2 miles wide Crisscrossing all over Nigeria for any ethnic group that wants to be cattlemen to roam freely all over the country from north, south snd east in for grazing rights. This will create strips of forest where our wildlife can survive and be preserved. Its where if Ibgo,Yoruba,Fulani Hausa, Kanuri and the rest of the ethnic groups if they decide to into herd men are free to go graze thrir animals. The rights of the cattlemen grazed must not be taken away because of an over zealous oba, chief or emir.
