The members of Nigerian Army have invaded schools in rivers state with a killer vaccine.
Reporting live from Elelenwo, the schools along old refinery road have been deserted, parents are running to pick their children.
Some parents got injured while running to save their children, and the school authorities are in a state of confusion now.
