                   Extra-judicial detention of Nnamdi Kanu : A Travesty of Justice

It was not until now, that the saying ; justice delayed is a justice denied began to make sense to me. It's about 270days now that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), the director of radio Biafra and Biafra tv was illegally kidnapped by the Nigerian department of state security service (Dss) and his two fellow preachers of the good  news of Biafra restoration,on the 14th of October 2015 in his hotel room in Lagos Nigeria.

The preacher and Biafra activist, Nnamdi Kanu who is also a British citizen, innocently came to Nigeria to see his aging parents and his near-delivery pregnant wife, only for him to be hijacked, assaulted dehumanized and subsequently detained in an underground cell by the murderous, bloodsucking, and Buhari's weapon of vendetta (Dss). Three days Into that tragic event Mr Kanu  was nowhere to be found. What happened to him within this three days only heaven knows, it was a three days of torture,molestation and vagaries of brutality.

On the 17th of October 2015, he was reluctantly dragged to the magistrate court sitting in Abuja after the news of his kidnap, thwarting the initial plan of the paedophile Muhammad Buhari and DSS to strangle him to death and bury him secretly without anyone knowing but unfortunately for them, the public was notified about the kidnap and was subjected to a constitutional court,  the magistrate court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Abuja discharged and acquitted the fearless Biafran hero who has done nothing wrong but was simply preaching and canvassing for the restoration of the sovereign nation of Biafra.expressing his right of freedom of speech.

The judge ruled that the charges levelled against him were inconsequential before the law and therefore lacks no merit and ordered for him for be immediately released unconditionally . Was Mr Kanu then released? No, but on the contrary, the paedophile Muhammad Buhari, who is supposedly the president of the contraption called Nigeria, who had been Sworn in by the schedule 7 of 1999 Nigeria constitution, to uphold the principles of democracy and the constitution without fear or favor, on his greatest display of the arrogance of power, went on national TV on 31th of December 2015 and publicly proclaimed that Nnamdi kanu can never be released under his watch even when the court of competent jurisdiction has declared him Innocent and to be discharged and acquitted.

Buhari also claimed that Nnamdi Kanu entered the country illegally  without any passport and with sophisticated weapons. The implication of that presidential pronunciation, was the outright disregard of the standing court order, thereby plunging the supremacy of the constitution into the dustbin of compromise.

Also, Mr Buhari committed perjury by the reason of that declaration because he lied under oath that kanu did not enter Nigeria with any passport. Since then, Buhari and his Oppression tool (DSS) have been scavenging for any evidence to nail and jail Nnamdi Kanu, while the innocent man is still in prison for nine months today.

To make sure he sees Kanu jailed for life Buhari bribed the dishonourable justice John Tsoho to deliver a kangaroo and unbridled judgement against the innocent preacher and activist kanu, in other to accomplish his Nefarious desire.

The world despite proven facts about all  what has been transpiring in the zoo called Nigeria by the paedophile Muhammad Buhari have decided to look the other way while the sanctity of democracy is being rubbished by a renowned Jihadist and an illiterate who doesn't understand the term "Democracy"

Shame on the world leaders for keeping silence, shame to the United Nations for not speaking out against human right abuses in Nigeria, Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere, it's time every right-thinking human, every sane organization, every nation that believes in the sanctity of democracy and rule of law, it's time the United Nations, US, UK, European Union, amnesty international, international human rights organizations, Nigeria national assembly, Nigeria bar association,etc stands up against this grave level of injustice before its too late.

This man called Muhammadu Buhari who seized power through the barrel of gun, he has been involved in two military coups in the history of Nigeria, this is a man who raped a girl at the age of nine when he was 45years and she is now his current wife Aisha Buhari", This is a man who sympathises for the world's deadliest terrorist group "Boko Haram", This is the same man that has been trampling on the Judiciary, neglecting courts ruling and unconstitutionally detaining his political opponents at will.

Nnamdi Kanu is a prisoner of conscience, he is simply exercising his United Nations right of self-determination, we Biafrans have the right to decide where to belong as a nation, the British vineyard (Nigeria) have expired and  it is time for the indigenous nations lumped together in this contraption called Nigeria to decide their fate and go their separate ways

I, therefore, call on the international community, to stand up and fight Against injustice, to do the right thing and call for the immediate release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
