POETIC JUSTICE: MOON AT ITS FULLNESS - By OnyeBuchi Eucharia

Photo of the full moon

The moon surfaced

Like early pregnancy

That increases

Day by day

In different sizes

And shapes

Today, the tummy

Stands tall

To all viewers

To see the beauty

Today all in dark

Can see and walk around;

All in chain can move

And speak their mind;

All the lost tribes

Can now trace back their roots

The news remains

That the jungle circle

Has gotten to its peak

Cracking day and night

Calling for an end

To its components

Now is time to play the card,

To hook the bull

By the horn

In a peaceful dance

And kiss the motherland

ALL to avert the heat

Of hot afternoon sun

That draws weather

In cloudy mood

To a heavy rainfall

Filled with thunderstorms

That will violently crack the circle

To a bloody rainfall

Then the dance

Must be danced

Now that ALL could see

And enjoy the brightness

Of the peaceful moonlight

Shining greatly and gently to all

The light of Biafra,

Land of the rising sun.

All hail Biafra.
